If you’re watching a College Football Bowl Game and are looking for a place to comment on the action, this is your spot. There will be a separate game thread once we get to the Sugar Bowl but this should hopefully carry you through until Monday

SUGGESTED VIEWING GUIDE (all times PT)

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29th

9:00 AM: TaxSlayer Gator Bowl #22 Clemson (8-4) vs. Kentucky (7-5), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Clemson -5

Dabo pulled Clemson out of a tailspin with a late rally but this is still the worst season for him in a long time. I guess we’ll see if the Tigers can head into the offseason with momentum again to get back to being the dominant team in the ACC (for as long as there is one). Meanwhile, Kentucky thought they were losing their head coach to Texas A&M for a minute until that fanbase was extremely vocal that they didn’t actually want him.

11:00 AM: Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl #19 Oregon State (8-4) vs. #16 Notre Dame (9-3), CBS

DraftKings Betting Line: Notre Dame -6.5

Clearly the sports books don’t think there’s a great shot that Oregon State is going to pull out the victory with their quarterback DJ Ui...Aidan Ch...Ben Gulbranson? The Beavers are going to be missing a ton of talent so it’s probably best to remember them by that game against Washington in Corvallis rather than the shell we see here.

5:00 PM: Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic #9 Missouri (10-2) vs. #7 Ohio State (11-1), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Ohio State -3

Every bowl game has key pieces missing but the Buckeyes are going to look extremely different with starting QB Kyle McCord now committed to Syracuse and Marvin Harrison Jr. potentially out with an injury. The Buckeyes didn’t go portaling (at least not yet) so I guess we get to see the start of the Devin Brown era? Maybe? This is your shot Mizzou. Go Tigers.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 30th

9:00 AM: Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl #11 Ole Miss (10-2) vs. #10 Penn State (10-2), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Penn State -4.5

Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin have made remarkable strides in the portal this offseason but those players don’t get to participate yet. Last year there was a ton of buzz that Penn State might finally have what it takes to dethrone Michigan or Ohio State. If Ole Miss wins this game with Jaxson Dart coming back, expect a lot of talk about the Rebels actually competing for an SEC title next year.

1:00 PM: Capital One Orange Bowl #6 Georgia (12-1) vs. #5 Florida State (13-0), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Georgia -18.5

This game has the potential to be an absolute s***show. Florida State missed out on their dreams of a CFP berth and now it seems like half the team has already opted out of the game. Several star Georgia players will also be missing but they should still have QB Carson Beck. There’s a chance this is a bludgeoning and I won’t be able to miss a second of it for the same reason people can’t turn away from car crashes on the freeway.

MONDAY, JANUARY 1st

10:00 AM: Vrbo Fiesta Bowl #23 Liberty (13-0) vs. #8 Oregon (11-2), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Oregon -16

Welcome to the no win situation for the Ducks. If they kill Liberty then everyone will say they were supposed to because the Flames played one of the easiest schedules you’ll ever see in your life and won the worst conference in FBS. And if they play it close or lose outright then everyone will say it was a disaster.

2:00 PM: CFP Semifinal at the Rose Bowl Game #1 Michigan (13-0) vs. #4 Alabama (12-0), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Michigan -1.5

Who will the Huskies be playing in the National Championship game. It’s one of these two head coaches.

5:45 PM: CFP Semifinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl #3 Texas (12-1) vs. #2 Washington (13-0), ESPN

DraftKings Betting Line: Washington +4

Duh. Go Dawgs.
