Last week I introduced my "Accomplishment Rankings" which look at who each team has beat and who (if any) they lost to. (You can find a description here: https://www.uwdawgpound.com/2023/10/30/23938971/dads-accomplishment-rankings-ar-after-week-9-games)
I've updated the data and noted the changes below.

N/R (Not Ranked last week)
Ohio State's win over Rutgers was better than Florida State's win over Pittsburgh which is why there is a change at the top. Obviously UW's win over USC helped move it up, but their wins over Arizona, Stanford, and Michigan State also looked a little better, too. Georgia's win over Missouri helped them move up. Michigan won, but it wasn't enough. Utah was another team that won and still dropped. Their wins over USC and UCLA don't look as good now. Iowa moved up despite only beating Northwestern. Arizona, and Duke have moved into the rankings.
Teams that dropped out are North Carolina (only beat FCS Campbell), Tennessee (only beat UConn), Minnesota (lost to Illinois), and Kansas State (lost to Texas). North Carolina could really move up since they play Duke, Clemson, and NC State in their final 3 games. Likewise, Tennessee plays Missouri and Georgia (plus Vanderbilt) to finish the season. Minnesota would move back in if they beat Ohio State in a couple of weeks-although that seems unlikely. And Kansas State could move back if they beat Kansas in a couple of weeks.
A few surprises...
- Louisville may be under-rated. They have wins over 4 teams that have at least 6 wins. Their problem is that the only one of those that is ranked is Notre Dame, plus they have a bad loss to Pittsburgh.
- Oregon may be lower than expected, but they have only one win over a team with a winning record: Utah. Two of their remaining games are against teams that already have 7 wins, so they could easily move up.
- Iowa is the brunt of some jokes because of their lack of offense, but they have been beating teams that they should beat. The only exception is that close (and somewhat controversial) loss to Minnesota.
- Tulane is ranked in the AP poll, but not here because they have only one win over a team with a winning record: Memphis.
- Duke may also be under-rated. They have wins over Clemson and NC State, and their losses have been to Notre Dame, Florida State, and Louisville who have a combined 4 losses.
- Oregon State is lower here than might be expected. Their loss to WSU is hurting them, and they only have a couple of wins over teams with winning records. Their last two games will be the deciding factor for them.
