Happy Tuesday Husky fans. The woof you heard from Montlake this afternoon came in the form of a commitment from 3 star offensive lineman Mark Nabou, from O’Dea HS, WA.
Coach Jimmy Lake tweeted out the woof after Nabou chose to commit to UW over offers from ASU, and Oregon state. Rated as the 19th best interior offensive lineman in the class of 2022, Nabou projects as a guard for the Huskies. Listed at 6’4” and around 311 Nabou already has good size and is a good run blocker, but he will need at least a year to hit the weight room and learn the nuances of playing D1 offensive line before he hits the field for the Huskies.
Nabou is the 2nd offensive lineman in the class (joining Parker Brailsford), of what is expected to be a 3-4 man offensive line class.
