Washington 2-4 (1-2) at Arizona 0-6 (0-3)

Date: Friday, October 22nd

Time: 7:30 PM PT

TV: ESPN2

Streaming: Espn.com/watch

Betting Line (all betting lines provided by DraftKings Sportsbook): Washington -17.5, O/U 46.5. Expected Score: Washington- 32, Arizona- 14.

Watchability Score: 10 out of 10 (unbiased take 2 out of 10). The only reason this gets a better than 1 out of 10 or the unbiased take is that it’s a Friday night game. What else are you going to do on a Friday night, have a life and not watch college football? Pssh. As if. Arizona is probably the worst power conference team in the country. They’re down to their 3rd string QB. Their top-2 running backs average just 3.5 YPC. Meanwhile, Washington’s offense is...Washington’s offense. What better way to put you to sleep and get you well rested for the weekend than watching this game?

Other Pac-12 Games

#10 Oregon 5-1 (2-1) at UCLA 5-2 (3-1)

Date: Saturday, October 23rd

Time: 12:30 PM PT

TV: ABC

Streaming: Espn.com/watch

Betting Line: UCLA -2.5, O/U 60.5. Expected Score: UCLA- 31, Oregon- 29.

Watchability Score: 9 out of 10. As much as it pains us, this is definitely one of the premier games of the year in the Pac-12 which is why College Gameday is going to L.A for it. You know they only come out West if borderline forced at gunpoint. Oregon’s scoring margin in all of their games against non-FCS/Arizona competition: +7, +7, -7, +7. They just haven’t been good except for the fact that one of those games was at Ohio State. UCLA hasn’t exactly been amazing either but it seems pretty guaranteed this ends up in a close game.

Colorado 2-4 (1-2) at California 1-5 (0-3)

Date: Saturday, October 23rd

Time: 12:30 PM PT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live

Betting Line: California -8, O/U 43. Expected Score: California- 26, Colorado- 17.

Watchability Score: 1 out of 10. Woof. This is a game between #10 and #11 in the conference which is much less fun than the #11 vs. #12 we got last week. This is still a game only for sickos but it loses its luster a little without Arizona involved.

BYU 5-2 at Washington State 3-3 (2-2)

Date: Saturday, October 23rd

Time: 12:30 PM PT

TV: FS1

Streaming: Foxsports.com/live

Betting Line: Washington State +4.5, O/U 56.5. Expected Score: WSU- 26, BYU- 31.

Watchability Score: 8 out of 10. I’ll be honest, the majority of my interest in this game comes from seeing how Washington State reacts after head coach Nick Rolovich and half of the assistants were fired on Monday. Which must be the only time in history that has happened for a team on a 3-game winning streak. Strange times.

USC 3-3 (2-3) at #13 Notre Dame 5-1

Date: Saturday, October 23rd

Time: 4:30 PM PT

TV: NBC

Betting Line: USC +6.5, O/U 58. Expected Score: USC- 26, Notre Dame- 32.

Watchability Score: 5 out of 10. I generally hate the USC/Notre Dame annual contest because I never want to root for either team. The Pac-12 could really use a win and USC has already fired their coach so I guess I’m rooting for the Trojans but I don’t feel great about it.

Utah 4-2 (3-0) at Oregon State 4-2 (2-1)

Date: Saturday, October 23rd

Time: 4:30 PM PT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live

Betting Line: Utah -3, O/U 57.5. Expected Score: Utah- 30, Oregon State- 27.

Watchability Score: 9 out of 10. If Utah wins this game they’ll suddenly be in real command of the Pac-12 South which wasn’t a shocking outcome at the beginning of the season but was after their 1-2 start. Oregon State blew a golden opportunity in their last game losing at Washington State. If they win this game they could be headed for a Platypus Bowl that decides the Pac-12 North in the season finale.
