Happy Sunday Husky fans. There isn’t much to report but there are a few new things that have happened recently for some 2022 recruiting targets. The Huskies are in on some higher ranked prospects in the 2022 class and several were chosen to the All American Bowl in San Antonio.
4 star offensive tackle Josh Conerly from Rainier Beach HS, WA was chosen to play. Listed at 6’5” and around 270 pounds Conerly is a future tackle in college and is rated as the 56th best player in the country per 247sports. The Huskies are battling Alabama, USC, and Oregon for his commitment. Right now the Huskies probably are the leader but it’s going to be a dogfight to land him.
BLESSED to named 1st team OL and DL in metro. Please take some time to check out my highlights‼️ https://t.co/vL9nr5KmFz— Josh(ua) Conerly Jr (@j_conerly206) November 15, 2019
4 star wide receiver CJ Williams from Mater Dei HS, CA just accepted his invitation to play in the All American Bowl. Listed at around 6’2” and 195 pounds, Williams is a bigger wideout who is considering Alabama, USC, Ohio State, and UW. Williams was recently in Seattle to check out the city and see the campus and it sounds like the city and campus impresses him quite a bit. 247sports has Williams rated as the 35th best player in the 2022 class.
There are a couple of other guys who have accepted their invitations to the game including 4 star linebacker Cyrus Moss from Bishop Gorman HS, NV who holds a Husky offer along with offers from Alabama, Oregon, Georgia, and USC. The Huskies are after Moss, but they have some stiff competition for the 29th best player in the country per 247sports. 4 star tight end Ryan Otton from Tumwater HS, WA was invited to the game but hasn’t accepted his invitation yet. The Huskies are doing very well for Otton, who is rated as the 4th best tight end in the country.
That is all for now and as always follow me @asieverkropp.
