Washington’s defensive duo of Ethan Bartlow and Freddy Kleemann were selected in the MLS SuperDraft Thursday. Bartlow was taken sixth overall by the Houston Dynamo, while Kleemann was drafted 11th overall by Austin FC. This is the first time in Washington history that two Huskies have been drafted in the first round in the same year.

The Washington women’s basketball team’s game at Oregon State has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 4:00 p.m.
The contest was originally scheduled for Friday, but was postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Huskies’ program. Washington will play (as scheduled) on Sunday, Jan. 24 at Oregon at 2:00 p.m. That game will be televised on the Pac-12 Network.

Marcus Tsohonis finished the game with 27 points on 9-of-13 shooting from the field. Four of his points came during a 6-0 run that turned a 75-75 tie into an 81-75 UW advantage with 1:04 remaining.
