Today the Huskies got some good news for the class of 2022 when 3-star tight end Chance Bogan from Lincoln HS, WA committed to UW. Listed at 6’4” and around 215 pounds Bogan chose UW over offers from Tennessee, ASU, Utah, and Colorado. 247 Sports has rated Bogan as the 16th best tight end in the 2022 class and 9th best prospect in the state of Washington.
I’ve always had commitment issues but I’m 10000% sure on this one ✨ pic.twitter.com/hRQygbfnT9

The Huskies will probably lose Cade Otton and another tight end (Jacob Kizer potentially after the 2020-2021 season) and the Huskies look like they will take 1-2 tight ends in the 2022 class. Bogan is a good pickup and when you watch him play he looks a lot like former Husky Hunter Bryant.
For a more in-depth scouting review of Bogan, check out our own Coach B’s write-up on Chance’s skillset from a few weeks ago.
Bogan is the 2nd commit in the 2022 class along with 4-star WR Germie Bernard. As always follow me @asieverkropp.
