- Also in the Seattle Times, Mike Vorel profiles Husky pitcher Logan Gerling, whose off-field interests include flying airplanes and making films.
- Bob Kravitz, who covers the Indianapolis Colts for The Athletic, discusses the future of Jacob Eason. Kravitz likes the fit behind Philip Rivers and under the tutelage of Frank Reich.
- Stewart Mandel has an NCAA football mailbag in which he crushes the dreams of anyone who wants a return of the EA Sports video game.
- Christian Caple took a look at Heisman Trophy winners who came to Husky Stadium as visitors. The list includes Leon Hart, who started for Notre Dame at “end” on both sides of the ball.
- Husky Maven breaks down UW DB commit Zakhari Spears.
- Scott Eklund forecasts next season’s recruiting landscape with a profile of the 2022 in-state class for the state of Washington.
- UW tennis player Natsuho Arakawa introduced us to a phrase we’ll probably hear a lot more in the next year when she declared she’s returning for her “second senior season.”
