Then we can get down to what’s really Dots
- With a fraction of the data to draw from, the Pac-12 announced its All-Conference teams yesterday. Four Huskies made the first team, including Jaxson Kirkland, Cade Otton, Elijah Molden, and Zion Tupuala-Fetui. Eleven total Dawgs made the combined All-Conference teams.
- While the Huskies could return as many as nine of their 11 All-Conference players, they will not return backup QB Kevin Thomson, who will forego his eighth (EIGHTH!) collegiate season. Thomson says he will pursue a professional career, but he might just as well pursue his other interests: knitting, bingo, and blue light special dinners. We kid, but good luck Kevin!
- The Tacoma News Tribune has a much needed article on the highlights of a mostly forgettable season. The second half of the Utah came and the unexpected emergence of ZTF will go down has bright spots for me.
- It might be a longshot, but the Dawgs are off to a good start in the recruitment of superstar WR C.J. Williams. Dawgman has a breakdown of his recent visit to campus. Don’t break my heart again, elite receiver prospect!
- Bowl season is somehow in full swing. If you’re on vacation today, check out the prestigious R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl and the prestigious Montgomery Bowl.
