#21 USC Trojans 3-1 (2-0) @ #17 Washington Huskies 3-1 (0-1)

Date: Saturday, September 28th

Time: 12:30 pm PT

Location: Seattle, WA

TV: FOX

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

For those that missed it, DISH and FOX could not come to an agreement in their new contracts and all FOX channels and affiliates are unavailable via DISH or Sling which is owned by DISH. If you are planning on watching this game via DISH or Sling, you may be unable to do so barring a miraculous change in negotiations. I have seen some people say they appear to still receive FOX but not FS1 and FS2 on Sling. If you have Sling and confirm that, please chime in in the comments below.

However, since this game is on regular old FOX it means you can get this game through old fashioned bunny ears. If you don’t own a pair you can go to your local electronics store real quick, buy some for $20-30 bucks and then return it after the game if you want. As an ex-Target electronics employee I can vouch that this is a popular strategy for Super Bowls.

Otherwise, there are places on the interwebs where you can stream such games. A reminder that posting the actual link for those sites below will result in comment deletion and/or banning. If you want to inform someone the correct combination of words to google in order to arrive there, that’s acceptable.

(Side Note: Do we really have to go through this sorry game, legion of spam bots? No one clicks on your links and I’m just going to instantly ban you anyways. It just creates a hassle in my game day routine. Sigh. Please flag them if you see them and don’t click on the links. Thanks.)

Radio: KOMO AM 1000 and TuneIn

Excitement Rating: 10/10 (I will always give UW a 10/10 in the excitement rating. Actual score 9/10...)

USC’s upset of Utah last Friday night helped raise the profile of this game and likely made it so that there’s no chance of Clay Helton getting fired at the airport anymore. The fact that USC lost in OT at BYU a week before the Huskies won by 26 in the same circumstances is what has led this line to be as high as it is. As is the loss of both star safety Talanoa Hufanga and quarterback Kedon Slovis to injury. But the Trojans have a ton of talent no matter who is playing at QB and you know Washington won’t be taking them lightly.

Washington is a 10.5 point favorite and the Over/Under is 60.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Washington-35, USC-25.

Other Pac-12 Games

Stanford 1-3 (0-2) @ Oregon State 1-2 (0-0)

Time: 4:00 pm PT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live

Excitement Rating: 4/10.

This has to be one of the least appealing Pac-12 games of the season as Stanford has been completely inept on offense against quality competition. And they'll once again be without starting QB K.J Costello. The good news for them is that Oregon State might not fall within that qualifier. If the Beavers are able to win this one then the Cardinal will officially be in complete disarray leading into their game against the Huskies the following week. An extra point to the excitement rating due to the scouting opportunity for our next opponent.

Stanford is a 4 point favorite and the Over/Under is 57 which means the betting public expects a score of Stanford-31, Oregon State-27.

Washington State 3-1 (0-1) @ #19 Utah 3-1 (0-1)

Time: 7:00 pm PT

TV: FS1

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

Excitement Rating: 8/10.

If the Cougars hadn’t completely self-destructed in the 2nd half against UCLA and if Utah had taken care of business against USC then this probably would’ve been the GameDay location. Instead it comes close to eliminating the loser of this game from a chance at winning the division. We’ll see whether Utah learned from their difficulties defending USC’s air raid last week and are able to adjust quickly.

Utah is a 5.5 point favorite and the Over/Under is 57 which means the betting public expects a score of Utah- 31, Washington State- 26.

UCLA 1-3 (1-0) vs. Arizona 2-1 (0-0)

Time: 7:30 pm PT

TV: ESPN

Streaming: Espn.com/watch

Excitement Rating: 4/10.

Vegas certainly believes that there will be a ton of points scored in this one. I’m not so sure despite the putrid quality of both defenses. UCLA couldn’t move the ball at all in 14 of 16 quarters so far this season. If you’re going to be watching football on Saturday night I would recommend starting with Wazzu/Utah and flipping this one on only if it merits true #Pac12AfterDark status.

Arizona is a 6 point favorite and the Over/Under is 70.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Arizona-38, UCLA-32.
