49ers: WR Dante Pettis caught four passes for 20 yards, capped by the game-winning touchdown with under two minutes left as San Francisco rallied to beat Pittsburgh.
Seahawks: TE Will Dissly caught what is already the third touchdown of the season for him, catching six passes for 62 yards in Seattle’s loss to New Orleans. With no wide receivers outside of Tyler Lockett emerging for Seattle, Dissly has quickly become the second-favorite target of Russell Wilson. LB Ben Burr-Kirven made a tackle on special teams.
Saints: RB Dwayne Washington played on special teams but recorded no stats.
Falcons: CB Desmond Trufant made a tackle in Atlanta’s failed comeback attempt at Indianapolis. Through three weeks, Trufant has not allowed a single reception on five targets despite playing nearly all the time. OT Kaleb McGary played 100% of offensive snaps for the first time in his short career.
Panthers: LB Shaq Thompson had a team-best 11 tackles including his first sack of the season in Carolina’s win at Arizona.
Cardinals: FS Budda Baker made five tackles in Arizona’s loss to Carolina. CB Byron Murphy did make two tackles, but was a notable weakness in the secondary. TE Darrell Daniels was promoted from the practice squad and played about half of Arizona’s special teams snaps.
Rams: LB Cory Littleton made four tackles in LA’s win at Cleveland, while S Taylor Rapp had three tackles and a pass defensed. CB Marcus Peters made three tackles and has allowed just three receptions on six targets so far this season. C Coleman Shelton made his NFL debut, playing five snaps on special teams. DL Greg Gaines did not play after making his NFL debut last week.
Patriots: DT Danny Shelton made six tackles, his highest total since week 3 of 2017, in the Pats’ win over the rival Jets.
Eagles: CB Sidney Jones made three tackles, including one for loss, in Philadelphia’s upset loss vs Detroit.
Lions: WR Marvin Hall was activated from the practice squad for the first time this season, playing a handful of offensive snaps in the win at Philadelphia.
Packers: CB Kevin King started for the second week in a row and made a career-high nine tackles, playing almost every snap in Green Bay’s win over the Broncos.
Broncos: LB Keishawn Bierria played on special teams for Denver, but recorded no stats in the loss at Green Bay.
Bengals: WR John Ross cooled down after his blazing start, making a pair of catches for 22 yards but also losing a key fumble in Cincinnati’s close loss at Buffalo. He’s clearly gained the trust of the coaching staff, though, as he played 100% of Cincinnati’s offensive snaps for just the second time in his career (2018, week 17 at Pittsburgh).
Buccaneers: DT Vita Vea made a tackle and had two QB hits in Tampa Bay’s narrow loss to the Giants.
