  • A banner season for the women’s tennis team came to an end with a loss to UCLA in the Sweet Sixteen.

  • Both the men and women finished in the top 5 at the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships. Among the individual winners were Elijah Mason in the discus and Izzi Batt-Doyle in the 10,000 meters.

  • The football team got some good news on the recruiting trail when one of the nation’s top receivers, California’s Jalen McMillan, listed UW in his top 4.

  • Not too far up the road from McMillan, Husky QB commit Ethan Garbers took home MVP honors at the Elite 11 camp in Oakland. Garbers has been shooting up recruiting rankings and has solidified himself as a four-star prospect.

  • How does a coach unwind after a long week of recruiting? If he’s one of the nation’s best paid assistants, he puts that salary to good use.

  • Finally, many of the Husky teams sent out great Mother’s Day wishes. Here are some of the best.
