Falcons: OT Kaleb McGary had a very strong game after struggling last week, as Pro Football Focus gave him both the highest game grade of his career so far and the highest of any offensive player in the game. CB Desmond Trufant had a tackle before suffering a major forearm injury shortly before halftime and will miss the rest of the season. After Trufant’s injury, CB Jordan Miller earned the most defensive playing time of his career so far with 20% of snaps, earning a career-high two tackles.

Panthers: OLB Shaq Thompson made 10 tackles including one TFL as Carolina lost to Atlanta.

Ravens: CB Marcus Peters had four tackles and a season-high three passes defensed in Baltimore’s playoff-clinching win over Buffalo. Most importantly, one of his three deflections came on a clutch fourth down late.

Rams: LB Cory Littleton had 10 tackles including a TFL as Los Angeles got a much-needed win for their playoff hopes over the rival Seahawks. Littleton has played every defensive snap in 11 of 13 games this season, with the only two he hasn’t being blowout wins (week 7 vs Atlanta and week 13 at Arizona). S Taylor Rapp played every defensive snap for the third time this year, recording six tackles. DL Greg Gaines had a tackle, giving him at least one for three straight weeks. C Coleman Shelton played 20% of special teams snaps.

Seahawks: LB Ben Burr-Kirven played a couple of defensive snaps for the first time in his career in addition to his normal special teams duties but recorded no stats as Seattle lost at the Rams.

Cardinals: FS Budda Baker had eight tackles in Arizona’s loss to Pittsburgh. CB Byron Murphy had four tackles including his second TFL of the season. TE Darrell Daniels played two offensive snaps, but also forced a fumble when a fake punt by the Steelers went horribly wrong.

Buccaneers: DT Vita Vea played 62% of defensive snaps and one snap at fullback but had no stats as Tampa Bay knocked off Indianapolis.

Bengals: Playing for the first time since week 4, WR John Ross caught two of three targets for 28 yards in Cincinnati’s loss at Cleveland.

Patriots: DT Danny Shelton had two tackles in New England’s loss to Kansas City. Shelton has at least one tackle in all of the Patriots’ 13 games this season.

Dolphins: RB Myles Gaskin had four carries for five yards and caught one of two targets for six yards in Miami’s narrow loss to the Jets.

Saints: RB Dwayne Washington played 62% on special teams but had no stats as New Orleans came up just short vs San Francisco.

Injury report

  • Falcons CB Desmond Trufant is out for the rest of the season after breaking his right forearm late in the first half of Atlanta’s win over Carolina.
  • Packers CB Kevin King missed Green Bay’s win over Washington with a shoulder injury and his status is unknown for week 15 vs Chicago.
