The Huskies got some good news today when they landed an underrated offensive lineman prospect from Gig Harbor HS, WA. 3 star Sam Peacock, who was recently committed to Oregon State, has flown under the recruiting radar for a while but has been having a very good senior season. Listed at 6’6” and around 270 pounds Peacock was recently re-rated and bumped up to the 589th best prospect in the country and 48th best offensive tackle by 247sports. It has been reported that he received a UW offer in the last week or so and changed his mind fairly soon after. It sounds like UW decided they needed a 5th offensive lineman due to some possible attrition at the position and Peacock is a good looking player with a great frame.

Peacock is the 21st commitment in the UW class which is currently rated as the best in the pac 12.
That is all for now and as always follow me @asieverkropp.
