Washington v Utah

#10 Washington (1-1) vs. Utah (2-0)

Date: Saturday, September 15th

Time: 7:00 pm PDT

Location: Seattle, Washington

TV: ESPN

Streaming: Espn.com/watch (requires ESPN cable subscription)

Radio: KOMO AM 1000 and TuneIn

Excitement Rating: 10/10 (I will always give UW a 10/10 in the excitement rating. Actual score 8/10...). There are currently 3 undefeated teams in the Pac-12 South and the Huskies will play two of them in back-to-back weeks. This contest plus the one against Oregon are seemingly UW’s two biggest road trips of the season. Utah has been underwhelming in their first two wins but have gotten the job done and always seem to play the Huskies very tough.

Washington is a 6.5 point favorite and the Over/Under is 47.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Washington-27, Utah-21.

Time: 2:00 pm PDT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Excitement Rating: 1/10. Oregon finishes out their brutal non-conference schedule with the toughest test yet. A team that lost to an FCS squad and was shut out by Wazzu. Nope.

Oregon is a 41.5 point underdog and the Over/Under is 69 which means the betting public expects a score of Oregon-55, San Jose State-14.

New Hampshire (0-2) @ Colorado (2-0)

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live (requires Pac-12 cable subscription)

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Oregon State (1-1) @ Nevada (1-1)

Time: 4:00 pm PDT

TV: ESPN3 (so just streaming)

Streaming: Espn.com/watch (requires ESPN cable subscription)

Excitement Rating: 3/10. If you’re going to be a bad team it’s a lot more appealing to lose in a bunch of shootouts then to lose 14-3. Oregon State looks like they’ll be able to put up some points on just about anyone but also are incapable of stopping their opponent. That makes for a fun game to have on in the background.

Oregon State is a 3.5 point underdog and the Over/Under is 70 which means the betting public expects a score of Oregon State-33, Nevada-37.

#22 USC (1-1, 0-1) @ Texas (1-1)

Time: 5:00 pm PDT

TV: FOX

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

Excitement Rating: 5/10. This matchup looked a lot more appealing two weeks ago. If USC can put a whooping on Texas the national opinion will probably be that Texas is just really bad rather than that USC and by proxy Stanford are really good. But for those still clinging to hopes of a Playoff invite you should be rooting for a Trojan curb stomp.

USC is a 3.5 point underdog and the Over/Under is 49 which means the betting public expects a score of USC-23, Texas-26.

Eastern Washington (2-0) @ Washington State (2-0)

Time: 5:00 pm PDT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live (requires Pac-12 cable subscription)

Excitement Rating: 2/10. This gets an upgrade from the normal 1 from FCS teams because EWU is one of the few FCS teams I think could actually upset a Pac-12 team on any given Saturday. Especially in the Palouse.

There is no betting line on this game since Eastern Washington is an FCS team.

Fresno State (1-1) @ UCLA (0-2)

Time: 7:30 pm PDT

TV: Fox Sports 1

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

Excitement Rating: 3/10. Woof. UCLA is a home underdog to Fresno State. The Chip Kelly era ladies and gentlemen.

UCLA is a 1 point underdog and the Over/Under is 51 which means the betting public expects a score of UCLA-25, Fresno State-26.

San Diego State (1-1) vs. #23 Arizona State (2-0)

Time: 7:30 pm PDT

TV: CBSSN

Streaming: cbssports.com

Excitement Rating: 6/10. The Aztecs played Stanford pretty tough in week one and I don’t think it would shock anyone if ASU unraveled following an upset victory over a ranked opponent. You should be watching the UW game instead but this would give a good preview of the Huskies’ next opponent. A win by ASU would give UW a chance at a victory over a ranked team.

Arizona State is a 5 point favorite and the Over/Under is 45.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Arizona State-25, San Diego State-20.

Southern Utah (0-2) @ Arizona (0-2)

Time: 8:00 pm PDT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com/live (requires Pac-12 cable subscription)

Excitement Rating: 1/10. Nope.

There is no betting line on this game since Southern Utah is an FCS team.
