  • The Pac-12 released the pairings for the upcoming men’s basketball season. The specific dates and times aren’t available yet but now we know which teams we’ll be playing which weeks and home or away. The Huskies will start out the non-conference slate playing Wazzu on the Saturday or Sunday before winter quarter starts. Dawg Pack, make sure you get back from winter break a few days early. The Dawgs miss the L.A road trip and the Arizona home stand in reverse of last year.
  • Top Washington target and Federal Way star Jaden McDaniels was profiled by CBS Sports’ Matt Norlander who interviewed his dad and the way he has taken charge of his son’s recruitment.
  • Jamal Crawford wasn’t a Husky but he’s still done a lot for UW hoops by putting on the Crawsover which provides a training ground for UW players in the summer to mingle with experienced players. Michael Dugar at The Athletic profiles what Crawford means to the city of Seattle’s hoops scene.
  • Naz Carter is playing in the Crawsover and has been doing very well where he’s poised for a breakout sophomore season.
