The Washington Huskies continue to shine in the post-season.
On a busy Sunday that saw UW Softball advance and UW Men’s Rowing take second to Yale in the National Championships, UW Baseball has claimed victory in the Conway Regionals and is moving on to the first Super Regional in program history.

UW defeated the Huskies of UCONN by a score of 9-6 on Sunday. It was their second win in the tournament over UCONN after having defeated them 7-1 on Friday. Those two wins along with UW’s 11-6 win over a ranked Coastal Carolina team made the Huskies undefeated in the Conway bracket.
The Huskies will now continue down the Road to Omaha. By advancing into the Super Regionals, they have effectively entered the “Sweet 16” of College Baseball. They await the winner of the Stanford vs Cal State Fullerton matchup in the Stanford Regional.
Enjoy the journey. It’s a good time to be a Dawg.
