Isaiah Thomas just can’t find an NBA home. He was drafted with the last pick in Sacramento, allowed to walk to Phoenix in free agency, traded to Boston where he made 2nd team all-NBA, then coldly traded to Cleveland, and after 15 games will now join the Los Angeles Lakers.
Unfortunately, the Lakers have a game on Thursday 2/15 which was to be the Isaiah Thomas Jersey Retirement Ceremony as the Dawgs took on Utah. That event will be postponed 2 days to their Saturday contest against Colorado.

However, if you bought tickets to the Utah game solely for the purpose of attending the ceremony then the Ticket Office is offering refunds. But if you choose to go anyways you’ll be watching an exciting basketball team that is currently on a 4-game winning streak.
Isaiah played through a hip injury for the Boston Celtics last season as well as the death of his sister the day before a playoff game while finishing 5th in the MVP voting. He was shut down for good a few weeks later after it was discovered the hip injury was more severe than initially thought. IT returned to action last month but has visibly been unable to recapture his former explosiveness. He’s averaging 14.7 points and 4.5 assists per game for Cleveland while the team is 7-8 since his return. However, he’s shooting just 36.1% from the field and 25.3% from 3-point range.
The Huskies play tonight at Oregon at 7:15p on FS1
