Cameron Davis is a Husky

The Huskies make it official with the lone RB in the 2019 class

Did the Huskies just land their latest in a long line of great tailbacks?

Keith Bhonapha & Chris Petersen hope that Cameron Davis is just that. The four-star from Upland, CA was the third verbal commit to Washington back in January, and now he is officially bringing his talents to Montlake.

Rated as the 35th best running back in the 2019 class entering his senior season at Upland High School, Davis rose 18 spots to #17 after posting 1.947 yards and 20 touchdowns in 14 games.

Davis finished his high school career with 42 TDs in just over two seasons.

At 6’0” and 190 lbs, Davis is a smooth accelerator who’s vision and quickness make him a natural for Chris Petersen’s stretch play, and really most of what the Huskies do on offense with their tailbacks.
