The Huskies have officially added 6-2” 190 lb Taj Davis to the 2019 recruiting class. The wide receiver from Upland (CA) High School is rated as a high three-star recruit (.8797) by 24/7 and is the 63rd overall prospect in California.

Davis is a long-strider ala Dante Pettis, and excellent in the return game. As a senior Davis averaged over 20 yards per punt return. With the struggles of the UW special teams lately, Davis will be competing immediately for the punt and kickoff return duties.
With nearly two dozen offers on the table, Davis committed to Washington back in May, choosing the Huskies over schools including Stanford, Washington State, Cal, UCLA, Utah & Arizona.
