The Huskies received a commitment on Saturday night from 4 star point guard Elijah Hardy. The Oakland, CA native joined the Huskies over offers from USC and Cal among others.
Point guard was a pressing need for the Huskies in the class of 2018. Nate Pryor's eligibility is questionable leaving David Crisp as the only point guard on the roster. And Crisp started his career as a shooting guard. Hardy has been somewhat underder the radar but shows the ability to do everything you want out of a PG. He can pass, shoot, and play defense. Expect Hardy to come in as the immediate backup to Crisp and then take over as a starter in his sophomore year. We'll have more information coming in the days to come. Check out Hardy's highlights below.
