How to Watch: Washington vs. Montana

All the information you need to keep up with the Dawgs and the rest of the Pac-12

NCAA Football: Washington at Rutgers Ed Mulholland-USA TODAY Sports

#7 Washington vs. Montana

Date: Saturday, September 9th

Time: 5:00pm PDT

Location: Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com

Radio: KOMO AM 1000

Excitement Rating: 10/10 (It’s the Dawgs, at least wait until halftime to check in on USC-Stanford. It’s also FBS vs. FCS so actual rating 1/10)

The Washington Huskies will journey home after opening the season on the opposite coast at Rutgers. This game will likely not be in doubt for very long as the Huskies are given a 98.9% chance of victory per ESPN’s Football Power Index. There is no betting line because they aren’t typically placed for games between FBS and FCS teams. Still, there are always things to learn about the team even in what should be a glorified scrimmage and you only get up to 15 chances to watch the team play every year. For those interested in the other Pac-12 games, here is the information for the other conference games.

#14 Stanford (1-0) @ #6 USC (1-0)

Excitement Rating: 10/10 (For real this time). This is one of the two most hotly anticipated games in the conference all season long and if your eyes wander during the Husky game, I can’t really blame you. A win for USC means a win at Stanford later in the year for the Huskies would all but seal up the North if things go as planned.

USC is a 6.5 point favorite and the over/under is 55.5 which means Vegas expects a score of USC 31, Stanford 25.

Oregon State (1-1) vs. Minnesota (1-0)

Utah (1-0) @ BYU (1-1)

Time: 7:15pm PDT

Excitement Rating: 9/10. The Holy War. This is likely to be a low scoring defensive battle but it’s a rivalry game which always adds to the excitement.

Utah is a 1.5 point favorite and the over/under is 46.5 which means Vegas expects a score of Utah 24, BYU 23.

#20 Washington State (1-0) vs. Boise State (1-0)

Time: 7:30pm PDT

Streaming: WatchESPN.com

Excitement Rating: 8/10. The Cougars finally got over the hump against an FCS team last week and now get a chance to prove they are a serious competitor for the North against a legitimate opponent.

Arizona State (1-0) vs. San Diego State (1-0)

Time: 8:00pm PDT

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com

Excitement Rating: 6/10. Arizona State didn’t look great in their opener against New Mexico State and face a much stiffer test in San Diego State.

Arizona State is a 3.5 point favorite and the over/under is 55 which means Vegas expects a score of Arizona State 30, San Diego State 26.
