Today’s game between the Washington Huskies and the Colorado Buffaloes will see one of the defending Pac-12 division champions walk away with their first loss of the season. The Dawgs and Buff both sit upon 3-0 records after cruising through their undramatic non-conference schedules, and offer each other by far the biggest challenge the other has seen to this point in the season. Washington’s task of guarding Buffs receivers Shay Fields, Bryce Bobo and Devin Ross became more difficult with last night’s breaking news via Adam Jude that starting cornerback Byron Murphy will miss the next six weeks due to a broken bone in his foot. Despite this development, the betting line hadn’t shifted as of Saturday afternoon, with Vegas still favoring the Huskies to win by 11.5 points.
