If you want to keep up-to-date with news concerning UW Athletics all in one easy-to-digest format, follow Ryan Priest on Twitter and subscribe to his lists of UW's beat reporters, Washington athletes, Washington coaches, and Washington athletics prospects. To the Dots!
Football Dots
- Adam Jude of The Seattle Times writes that the Pac-12 South is USC’s to lose in his preview of the division.
- The Daily Wildcat previews the Pac-12 North.
- Bleacher Report picks players from each position to make highlight reel plays in 2017. Dante Pettis is their #1 choice at WR. I thought his 18 TDs was a misprint.. but add ‘em up, 18 it is.
- Pettis also make this list from NFL.com of players who could be the next Jabrill Peppers (I guess because he returns punts and can throw the ball).
- Chris Petersen is one of four Pac-12 coaches to be named to the Dodd Trophy watch list. Pacific Takes wonders if he will now start getting offers from outside Seattle. Um, pretty sure he’s gotten those already.
- A Canadian interior lineman talks about his visit to Seattle and what he learned about himself at last weekend’s Dirt Dog camp. He has no offer from UW so far, but he is on the staff’s radar.
