The Washington Huskies received a signed letter of intent on Wednesday from 3-star cornerback Dominique Hampton. The 6’2” 190 pounder out of Centennial High School in Peoria, AZ is the top rated corner in the state of Arizona, just like Byron Murphy was in 2016. Hampton chose UW over offers from Oregon and Colorado, among others.

Hampton attended Washington's camp in June, earning DBs Most Valuable Player. Hampton showed Washington love back, giving the Huskies his verbal commitment following the camp.
"I chose Washington because of the opportunity of getting better, and playing for a top five program is amazing," Hampton said.
