The Washington Huskies received a signed letter of intent on Wednesday from RB/WR Trey Lowe. The 5’9” 180 pounder out of Jesuit High School in Portland is an Army All-American and was chosen as the Gatorade Player of the Year in Oregon. Lowe chose UW over offers from Oregon, Oregon St, and Boise St, among others.
Lowe committed to the Huskies verbally in March:

He is rated a 4-star recruit by 247 Sports, and the #6 all-purpose back in the 2018 class. Lowe finished with 1,727 rushing yards (12.8 YPC), 26 receptions for 589 yards (22.7 Avg) and 35 TDs from scrimmage.
