Husky Commit Sets Touchdown Record And Other Recruiting Notes

Husky Commit Breaks Record

NCAA Football: Oregon at Washington Jennifer Buchanan-USA TODAY Sports

This weekend Husky commits shone in their playoff games and one player set the all-time California touchdown receiving record:

Marquis Spiker, a 2018 4 star wide receiver and Husky commit out of Murrieta Valley HS, CA, set the California record with 4 touchdown catches totaling 70 for his career. His team upset Santa Margarita this last weekend.

Trey Lowe, a 2018 4 star athlete and Husky commit out of Jesuit HS, OR, had 324 yards and 5 touchdowns in his team’s win over Sprague HS, OR. He is coming in as a slot wideout similar to Chico McClatcher.

Also several Husky targets were in action in their teams’ playoff games, including one who is a Husky Lean.

2019 4 star wideout Josh Delgado was in action with his St. John Bosco HS, CA team that won this last weekend. He was also hanging out with a current Husky (Terrell Bynum) and flashing the W. He has offers from USC, UW, and UCLA.

Coach Pete also extended an offer to Dimitri Stanley, a 2018 3 star athlete out of Cherry Creek HS, CO, who is a current Colorado commit. He was offered as a DB.

Coach Pete and staff will be hosting some official visitors this weekend, including some key targets: Bryan Addison, a 4 star athlete out of Gardena Serra HS, CA, and Tanner McKee, a 4 star QB out of Centennial HS, CA (he is a mission kid so he would be a 2020 QB).
