The No. 9 Washington Huskies take on the Stanford Cardinal tonight in a #Pac12AfterDark 7:30 p.m. kickoff. Washington beat Oregon in impressive fashion last week by a final score of 38-3, while the Cardinal snapped a five-game winning streak against conference opponents by losing on the road to the Washington State Cougars, 21-24. The betting line for tonight’s game has settled at favoring Washington by a touchdown, no doubt in large part due to Washington’s best-in-the-nation defense (3.71 yards per play, beating Alabama’s figure of 3.96). Meanwhile, ESPN’s Football Power Index projects this to be Washington’s closest game of the season thus far, giving the Huskies a 63.5 percent chance to come away with the win.
