How to Watch: Washington @ Arizona State

All the info you need to tune in to the UW game and the rest of the Pac-12 slate.

NCAA Football: Arizona State at Washington Jennifer Buchanan-USA TODAY Sports

#5 Washington 6-0 (3-0) vs. Arizona State 2-3 (1-1)

Date: Saturday, October 14th

Time: 7:45pm PDT

Location: Tempe, Arizona

TV: ESPN (boo, hiss, boo...)

Streaming: Espn.com

Radio: KOMO AM 1000

Excitement Rating: 10/10 (I will always give UW a 10/10 in the excitement rating. Actual score 6/10...). The Sun Devils have given up at least 30 points and scored at least 20 points in every game this season. Their losses have generally still been exciting games. There’s also the angle that this is Jake Browning’s chance to avenge one of the worst losses (and there haven’t been many of them) of the Browning era when UW blew a 17-0 lead to lose 17-27 their last time in Tempe.

Washington is a 17.5 point favorite with an over/under of 56. That means the betting public expects a final score of Washington-37, Arizona State-19.

Other Pac-12 Games

Colorado 3-3 (0-3) @ Oregon State 1-5 (0-3)

Time: 1 pm PDT, Saturday 10/14

TV: Pac-12 Networks

Streaming: Pac-12.com

Excitement Rating: 3/10. The good news is that at least one UW opponent will have a win in conference after this game. They get an extra point in the excitement rating just to see how the Beavers react with the coaching staff but otherwise, stay away.

Colorado is a 10 point favorite and the Over/Under is 55.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Colorado-33, Oregon State-23

Utah 4-1 (1-1) @ #13 USC 5-1 (3-1)

Time: 5:00 pm PDT

TV: ABC

Streaming: Espn.com/watch

Excitement Rating: 9/10. This game will likely go a long way toward determining who the winner of the North plays in the conference title game. If Utah could pull this one out they’d get a big leg up on the Trojans. However, if they lose this game it all but eliminates them considering they still have to play both Washington schools. Utah should be able to mostly take away Ronald Jones so Darnold will have to win this one with his arm.

USC is a 13 point favorite and the Over/Under is 52.5 which means Vegas expects a score of USC-33, Utah-20.

UCLA 3-2 (1-1) vs. Arizona 3-2 (1-1)

Time: 5:00 pm PDT

TV: Fox

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

Excitement Rating: 7/10. This is the weekly showdown among teams without a defense that is going to be fun even though it doesn’t have much in the way of stakes. Although, it’s entirely possible that the winner of this game has an outside shot at the South with a few upsets.

UCLA is a 2 point favorite and the Over/Under is 75.5 which means the betting public expects a score of UCLA-39, Arizona-37.

Oregon 4-2 (1-2) vs. #23 Stanford 4-2 (3-1)

Time: 8:00 pm PDT

TV: FS1

Streaming: Foxsportsgo.com

Excitement Rating: 6/10. This game was the gold standard in the conference for half a decade but oh how times have changed. I thought Oregon was being overrated after their non-conference slate but injuries have sunk any chance they had to rebound. There is a significant drop off between Braxton and Justin Herbert which can’t be overcome. The most fun in this game will be to see if Bryce Love can average 15 yards per carry.

Stanford is a 10 point favorite and the Over/Under is 55.5 which means the betting public expects a score of Stanford-33, Oregon-23.
