Army All-American Bowl this weekend features future Huskies, possible commit

The Army All-American Bowl comes this week.

As most hardcore recruiting junkies know, it's a very important week for Husky football recruiting. The U.S. Army All-American bowl in San Antonio features several commits and key targets for Chris Petersen. The commits who are participating include:

Ty Jones, a 3 star WR out of Provo UT.

Salvon Ahmed, a 4 star Athlete out of Kirkland, WA who will be playing DB in the game but figures to get his first shot at RB for the Huskies.

Ariel Ngata, a 3 star LB by most services out of Folsom, CA.

Marlon Tuipulotu, a 4 star DT out of Independence, OR.

Here is a video of Jones and Tuipulotu:

Leading up to the game, these guys will get to compete in a week full of practices that will showcase their talent and possibly help their rankings.

Several Husky targets will also be participating this week and Husky fans should keep an eye out for the following guys:

Foster Sarell, a 5 star OL out of Graham, WA. Foster is set to decide this weekend at the game and has a final 5 of USC, Stanford, UW, Notre Dame, and Nebraska. He will probably choose between the Huskies and Stanford and he is playing his recuiting close to his vest. This looks like a 50-50 battle between the two schools now. Brandon Huffman of Scout caught up with him down in San Antonio (note: it's a subscriber article).

Joseph Lewis, a 5 star WR out of Los Angeles, is a big-bodied wideout the Husky staff has been hard after recently, and it sounds like he will be visiting UW in January. He is also seriously considering USC and Nebraska.

Austin Jackson, a 5 star OL out of North Canyon HS, AZ, is another big target for the Husky staff and he is reportedtly down to USC, ASU, and UW. The Huskies sound like the darkhorse team here and he will be deciding closer to signing day. Scout caught up in with his coach recently (note: it's a subscriber article).

Wyatt Davis, a 5 star OL out of St. John Bosco, CA, and current Ohio State commit has been rumored to be a possible Husky visitor in January. If the visit happens, expect UW to be in good shape to possibly flip the big OL on signing day.

You can get live pratice updates from lots of places including Brandon Huffman of Scout.

Also, Connor Wedington, a former Husky Commit released his top 5 schools with a decision expected on signing day.

Also, UW extended an offer to an under the radar OL out of Stockton, CA. Cole Norgaard is a former Nevada commit who is expected to visit in January.
