Last night at midnight, the NCAA opened the proverbial social media floodgates by allowing college coaches to retweet, like and share the social media posts made by potential student athletes, while still prohibiting them from adding their own commentary to the posts. (The rule is being described as “click, don’t type.”) Bud Elliott and Alex Kirshner have a breakdown at the SB Nation mothership of the new rules and how they might affect the sport; in the meantime, rest assured that Chris Petersen is putting his Twitter account to work.
