• On September 3rd, the Dawgs will face Rutgers in Husky Stadium, and we'll finally get to see one of the most anticipated Husky teams in quite some time.  Here's a preview of the Scarlet Knights in Head Coach Chris Ash's first season.

• Which conference is going to be left out of the Playoff? With the Pac-12's ability to eat itself alive and top-to-bottom parity, they're a good choice.

• The big news from the weekend was the commitment of 2017 QB Jake Haener.While not highly rated, he's known to be one of the most accurate QBs in the region which is one of Coach Pete's pillars for successful QB play.

• It appears the Art Briles era at Baylor is officially over.  I mean, there was no chance he was going to coach there again, but today both parties officially reached a settlement to terminate his contract.
