Despite spending most of his career at Washington as a reserve receiver (he finished the 2015 season with nine receptions for 206 yards and one touchdown), the 5-10, 190 lb. Hall put on a show at UW's Pro Day by reportedly posting a 4.28 hand-timed 40-yard-dash and a 40-inch vertical leap. Hall will reunite in Oakland with former Dorsey High School and Washington teammate Jaydon Mickens, whom the Raiders also signed to a free agent contract.
