The 5-11, 174 lb. Mickens led Washington in receptions for each of the last two years, hauling in 60 and 58 catches in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In addition to his receiving acumen, Mickens also established himself as a running threat on fly sweeps thanks to his shiftiness and agility. He finished his collegiate career with the second-most career receptions (203) and the fifth-most receiving yards (2,187) of any player in program history. Mickens will reunite in Oakland with former Dorsey High School and Washington teammate Marvin Hall, whom the Raiders also signed to a free agent contract.
