- The big news of the weekend was the commitment of 4-star DT Marlon Tuipulotu on Saturday night. Scott Eklund was able to catch up with the All-American last night and in case Husky fans were wondering, Tuipulotu does not plan on taking anymore visits. He says he is shutting things down. Chris Fetters takes a look at impact of Marlon's commitment.
- Tuipulotu's commitment was not the only good news Washington coaches received this week. 4-star WR Terrell Bynum announced his decision to be a Dawg on Wednesday. His good friend and fellow UW commit, Keith Taylor, took credit for the commitment:
I practically recruited Terrell. Tbh

- The nation's top 2017 recruit's visit to UW last weekend took people by surprise and though his commitment to Alabama is still solid, it sounds like RB Najee Harris likes the Huskies a lot.
- 4-star OT Alijah Vera-Tucker updated Scout on his recruitment and says that he will be back up in Seattle for another visit this summer.
- 247Sports' Steve Wiltfong profiled local 5-star OL Foster Sarell in a recent piece. Foster says he doesn't really have a time frame for a commitment, but will commit when it feels right.
- 3-star DE Jordan Jackson out of Bishop O'Dowd has benefited from the number of college coaches coming to see his teammate Alijah Vera-Tucker. Jackson has seen his own recruitment heat up lately and one of the programs showing early interest is Washington. He'll take a visit to Montlake this summer.
- Jaxson Kirkland, a 3-star OL from Portland, is starting to hear from a handful of Pac-12 and Big 12 schools. He was up in Seattle last weekend for UW's Junior Day and he says it was a great experience. Chris Strausser wants to get him back up for another visit this summer.
- 2-star OL Brian Greene out of Yakima Eisenhower recently toured most of the Northwest schools and it looks like he had a good time at Washington:
UW was great today, had fun hanging out with all the guys. And thanks to @JGlenn_UW for setting it up! @UW_Football pic.twitter.com/HfMv8vYzZw

- The Huskies offered 2018 receiver Austin Osborne this week. He told 247Sports that he sees nothing but winning in Washington's sight.

- 4-star TE Jimmy Jaggers and 4-star OLB Addison Gumbs also made the trip to Montlake:
