Dots: Is It Gameday Yet? Edition

We've almost made it to Saturday, so here is the best of what Thursday had to offer to hopefully help hold you over for one more day.

Football:

  • Christian Caple spotlighted true freshman tackle Trey Adams, who made his debut last Saturday, however he is still a work-in-progress. Adams is 6'7" 301 lbs. and was a highly regarded recruit, and any time they burn the redshirt of a true freshman, the expectation is that they'll contribute in some way.
  • In his weekly Thursday media address, Coach Petersen discussed a myriad of topics, ranging from the Aggies' blitz heavy defense, to the right tackle battle, as well as sharing his thoughts on quarterback development, the hot topic around the world of sports at the moment.
  • Marcus Peters tallied his second interception in as many games in a bizarre, wild, and heartbreaking loss at home against the Denver Broncos. Peters played well the entire game and has really proven that he belongs in the league for a long, long time.

Bonus Friday Article:

  • This Friday's dots is admittedly a little light after a typically slow Thursday, so here's a bonus article detailing the Florida Gators' rise and fall that seems almost too crazy to believe. Some might say that when you put that many combustible personalities on one team, it's just a matter of time before it all blows up in your face.
