A key component of Chris Petersen's 2016 offensive line recruiting plan will announce his commitment this evening at 9 p.m. Michael Eletise, Scout.com's No. 11 offensive lineman and the No. 212 overall recruit, is thought to be the top offensive line recruit on Washington's board, and some recruitment gurus such as Greg Biggins believe Washington to be the favorite to land his services.
