Jordan Paopao tweeted the famous "woof" tweet this afternoon and a couple minutes later one of Oregon's top 2016 prospects, 3-star tight end Jacob Kizer, announced he has committed to UW:
Extremely excited to announce that I have committed to play for the university of Washington! pic.twitter.com/Sz9zDOJ7qA

Kizer is rated by Scout as the #2 tight end prospect in Oregon and the 7th best on the west coast. Kizer's announcement brings the Huskies' commitment total for the 2016 class up to 7.
Listed at 6'5" 235 pounds, Kizer is an athletic tight end who can block and is also a threat receiving. Scout lists his 40 time at 4.85, but I think he looks a little faster than that in his Hudl film. Jacob is known as a workhorse both on the field and in the classroom, making him a prototypical Chris Petersen recruit. Washington offered him in March and they had remained one of his top schools ever since. UW beat out Northwest rivals Oregon State and Washington State for the talented Salem prospect.
Jacob's Hudl highlights can be seen below:
