Washington's Dempsey Indoor facility was full of NFL scouts and coaches on hand to watch 20 Husky alums show their stuff in a combine-like showcase in preparation for the 2015 draft which begins on April 30th. Onlookers described it as the most well-attended UW pro day since at least 2010 when scouts were there to check on Jake Locker. Here's the Twitter recap of how the day went:
Good luck to all those participating at the UW pro day today! #GODAWGS

Taking in UW's Pro Day today. A lot of scouts. Carroll and Schneider among the Seahawks contingent.

Many UW players here to check things out. Ex-UW QB Troy Williams also here.

Packed house at UW Pro Day. Estimating 40-50 scouts; more than any other Huskies workout I've attended including for Locker, Reggie Williams

Bishop Sankey is here watching.

Bobby Wagner and Brock Coyle just walked in to UWs Pro Day.
— Bob Condotta (@bcondotta) April 2, 2015
Jake Heaps had planned to be here to throw to Kasen Williams. But Keith Price will instead.
— Bob Condotta (@bcondotta) April 2, 2015
Danny Shelton, Shaq Thompson nor Marcus Peters are running the 40.
— Adam Jude (@A_Jude) April 2, 2015
40's are done. Again, looks like Kikaha is the only top potential pick to go through the whole testing phase. #UWProDay

Built for life! UW Pro Day with boys @HUDDytalk @Danny_Shelton55 @hauolikikaha #GoDawgs pic.twitter.com/6ogANiO1aY

Shaq Thompson did not run a 40. So far a pretty newsless Pro Day.
— Bob Condotta (@bcondotta) April 2, 2015
Surprised no other HC's but Carroll here, but three GM's is triple the usual quota for a #UWProDay
— Chris Fetters (@Chris_Fetters) April 2, 2015
In talking to some folks around #UWProDay, sounds like senior OL Colin Tanigawa is done with football.
— Chris Fetters (@Chris_Fetters) April 2, 2015
During workouts, Danny Shelton is wearing a traditional lava lava instead of shorts. #UWProDay
— Chris Fetters (@Chris_Fetters) April 2, 2015
Danny Shelton said he weighed in at 338 pounds and Cleveland is flying him out for a workout next week. Only team he's talked to. #UWProDay
— Chris Fetters (@Chris_Fetters) April 2, 2015
He is only doing positional drills but CB Marcus Peters is absolutely killing workout. Fluid, great hands. Been the star today. #UWProDay
— Rob Rang (@RobRang) April 2, 2015
Kikaha says 99 percent of teams that have talked to him want him as a pass rusher which he says "is a good thing."
