The Elite Eight round of the NCAA Tournament begins today, with four squads vying for two positions in the Final Four. The Pac-12's sole representative remaining in the tourney is the University of Arizona, who is favored by 1.5 points over Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Kentucky is favored by a decisive 11 points against Notre Dame in tonight's prime-time matchup.

Kentucky remains the heavy favorite to win out, after spending Thursday whipping West Virginia by 39 points.
