If you want to keep up-to-date with news concerning the football program all in one easy-to-digest format, feel free to follow Ryan on Twitter and to subscribe to his lists of UW's beat reporters, Washington athletes, Washington coaches, and Washington football prospects. To the Dots!
Football Dots
- The Huskies have had 3 bowl practices so far. Hear from Dante Pettis, Jaydon Mickens, Budda Baker, Sidney Jones, Travis Feeney, Kevin King, DB Coach Jimmy Lake, LB Coach Bob Gregory, DL/Special Teams (and soon-to-be Montana State Head Coach) Coach Jeff Choate, and Defensive Coordinator Pete Kwiatkowski. As always, thanks to the Dawgman guys for being there after practice!
- The Pac-12 Blog does not rank the Huskies' bowl game very high in terms of "importance."
- The Huskies allowed only 9 passing TDs this year (still shocked every time I hear that), but they're not satisfied.
- Interesting ranking of the top assistant coach salaries in DI football. Where do you think the highest paid assistant on Washington's staff ranks?
Basketball Dots
- Washington played an alright game, I suppose, downing Montana 92-62.
- Hear from Marquese Chriss and Dejounte Murray post-game. Here is Romar's post-game conference as well.
- The Husky women's team beat South Dakota behind the 29 points of Talia Walton.
