Suddenly looking formidable again after following four straight losses with two hard-earned wins, the Huskies now visit Boulder in search of conference road win number one.
Meanwhile, the Buffaloes are reeling after losing three straight over an extended road trip, most recently on Saturday at ASU.
Both teams carry identical 2-3 conference records.
With a win, Washington will have climbed back to .500 in the Pac-12 with a chance to move to 4-3 on Sunday with an upset over the #12 Utes.
Colorado is at a similar crossroads, and will receive no help from injured starters Xavier Johnson and Josh Scott. Instead they figure to lean on senior point guard Askia Booker to carry a rotation heavy on underclassmen.
