UW Senior RB Jesse Callier is out for the season with a ruptured achilles according to Head Coach Chris Petersen. Petersen made the announcement at today's regularly scheduled press conference. This injury is Callier's second season-ending injury in his career and, as a senior, most likely ends his UW career.
This is an open appreciation thread for Jesse Callier. Stay strong, young man. The future is bright.
It's not about how you fall, it's about how you get BACK UP!!!#FightersMentality #TheJourneyContinues

Petersen unsure if Callier, a senior, will return. Although it sounds as if his career is over.

Petersen said Jessie Callier's career likely over. Said they'll look into his status, but operating for now with mindset that he's done

A blown ACL two seasons ago, and now a torn Achilles for Jesse Callier. Brutal news for a young athlete, but he's a tough kid.
