He has been given 3 stars by Scout.com, who list him at 5'11'' and 170 pounds and call him the 190th best WR in the next recruiting class. He hails from Westlake Village California, where he attends Westlake high school. As a junior he notched 46 catches for 954 yards and 11 TDs. 247 has him listed with the same measurables but has not yet evaluated him. The recruiting services list Baccellia as having held offers from Colorado, Duke, Fresno State, San Diego State, and Washington State before committing to Washington.
Baccellia becomes the 9th commit in the 2015 class, he's the 7th offensive player, the 6th player from California, and the 8th ranked three stars or better.
His Hudl highlights from his junior year can be found above. The thing that you definitely notice when you watch him: speed. He's got enough speed and elusiveness to make guys look silly, and should get in the competition to become one of UW's slot receivers a couple years down the road.
