The Titans are quickly becoming an easy team for Washington fans to root for, as they've now added Travis Coons to their roster, joining former Huskie Jake Locker as well as Bishop Sankey in this year's draft class.
Kickers are always a dicey proposition for whether or not they'll actually make a roster though. They get brought in for competitions in camp, and more often than not get cut before the final roster is set. Coons will have an excellent opportunity to compete for the Titan's K job, as the only other kicker the Titan's have on their current roster at the moment is something called Maikon Bonani. Bonani has no career kick attempts in the NFL.
Coons showed that he was one of the best kickers in the conference, and maybe the country, a year ago when he went 15/16 on his field goals, and 62/63 on his extra points.
