Anderson is a 6-5 wing out of Moberly Area CC. In his sophomore season, he scored just under 17 ppg and added nearly 10 rebounds a game, all the while shooting 44% from 3 and 54% total from the field. Those numbers are fantastic, and though they were accumulated against much weaker competition than he'll see in the Pac-12, one of the truths of basketball is that if you can shoot it, you can shoot it. The hoop is 10 feet high everywhere.
The instant comparison some might make is to another hot shooting wing the Huskies landed out of the JUCO ranks: Tre Simmons.
Anderson will have 2 years of eligibility, and with Suggs vacating a position and CJ Wilcox's status up in the air, it's likely that he'll be counted on to contribute immediately.
Now, of they can add that other guy they're still targeting for this class...
