Midweek Debate: The Hardwood Huskies

The Huskies take the court for the first time this year tonight. What are your predictions for the season?

The 2013-14 basketball season is officially upon us, with the Huskies opening it tonight in an exhibition against Central Washington.

The Dawgs of the hardwood return a key piece in likely future NBA player C.J. Wilcox, as well as a handful of contributors from a year ago. They also add some potential big contributors with Nigel Williams-Goss coming in to start at point guard from day 1, Perris Blackwell coming off of his redshirt to man the block, and JUCO Mike Anderson coming aboard to be a potential big scorer off of the bench.

Lorenzo Romar has put together a squad that can play a number of different styles, and has revamped his coaching staff in an effort to maximize the talents of his players. But will the talent infusion and coaching changes have the desired result?

What do you feel are the ceiling and reasonable expectations for this team? How many games could/should they win? Are they going to be a tournament team?
