Montana State at Utah
Welcome to the Pac 12 you Mighty Ute's where the first week of the season is reserved for a warm up game against a Big Sky opponent.

UC-Davis at Arizona State
So how good are the Sun Devils? I'm not sure that we will find out the answer to that this week against Davis.

Minnesota at Southern California
The Trojans were in trouble last season on the road against the Gophers. That being said the Gophers usually suck and turn the ball over enough to make anyone look like world beaters.

UCLA at Houston
Circle this and almost every other game on the schedule as a must win for Rick Neuheisel. I am going to go with Bruins in this one.

The Beavers will put this one away early allowing plenty of young players to see some early season action.

The Spartans have pulled many an upset over the years over the Cardinal but that isn't going to happen while Andrew Luck is still on the roster

The Cougars will roll in the first of a series of five very winnable games.

Trap Game! Trap Game! Trap Game! This contest is being played at a neutral Candlestick Park and it may end up being poorly attended because it isn't a Cal home game. FSU fans have purchased twice as many tickets as Cal fans as of this post.

Northern Arizona at Arizona
Yawn....This one will be over early!

Colorado at Hawaii
This is a game we all should watch so we can get some scouting done on our next opponent. This is a pretty good Hawaii team and they definitely have an edge at home in the islands. I do think the game will be close but my educated guess is that the Colorado secondary gives up way too many yards to win what would be there first road win in 17 consecutive tries.

Oregon Vs LSU
The Ducks travel to Cowboy Stadium in Dallas to take on the Tigers in a battle that could determine who will be left standing with a shot for the national championship at the end of the year. I was leaning towards picking LSU until that big-bad-bar fight.
