DL Malcolm Jackson from Mount Miguel HS in Spring Valley HS announced yesterday his intent to become a Washington Husky. Jackson is currently 6'3 230 255 lbs. He has a decent frame so he could end up playing outside or moving inside to play the three technique at around 300.
His HS coach describes him as a sleeper at this point even though he reportedly has six other Pac 12 offers. Kahlif Barnes was the last athlete from his HS to become a Husky. Jackson has not visited Washington yet but plans to visit either this summer or later in the fall. Jackson is the eighth known verbal for the 2012 class.
