Josh Perkins from Richard Gahr HS in Cerritos, California is the latest commit for the 2011 class at Washington. Perkins hasn't been to Seattle yet but plans to attend the "Rising Stars Camp" later this month. He is 6'3 200 so he represents a trend of bigger receivers that Washington is recruiting.
